Irish Cream

It is so easy to make your own Irish Cream liqueur. I did a taste test and liked it better than the expensive brand from the liquor store.

Ingredients

Irish Cream1 can sweetened condensed milk (Eagle Brand)
1 cup 10% cream
1 1/4 cups Irish whiskey
1 tablespoon chocolate syrup

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in the blender and pulse briefly to combine. Store in the fridge.

Notes

You can use 18% cream if you like it thicker. I used 10% and “light” sweetened condensed milk, so I figure it is low fat (ha!)
