Chicken Burgers

Ingredients 

1 pound ground chicken
1 small onion finely diced
1 yellow (or red or orange) pepper diced finely
2 dashes Worchestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Montreal steak seasoning (McCormick)
1 egg
4 slices of American cheese (or swiss)
4 fresh kaiser rolls (or hamburger buns)

Directions

  1. Mix chicken, onion, pepper, Worchestershire sauce, steak seasoning and egg together, shape into burgers.
  2. Cook on medium for about 12 minutes - 6 minutes per side.
  3. You can melt cheese on them when they are almost ready to serve on a nice toasted bun. Should make 4 burgers.

Notes

Add your favorite toppings: lettuce, tomato, pickles, mayo, ketchup, mustard, onions. Enjoy
