Pork Chops n Mushroom Gravy

Ingredients

4-6 boneless pork chops
2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
Milk
3 cups instant rice ( make according to directions on the box)
Paprika
Butter or oil

Directions

  1. Sprinkle pork chops with paprika and brown in pan with oil or butter
  2. Once pork chops are browned, poor small amount of milk in pan to get browned bits off of bottom, add in cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 cup milk to make gravy
  3. Serve pork chops with gravy over them on top of the rice Enjoy with biscuits or alone.
