Pork Chops n Mushroom Gravy
Ingredients
4-6 boneless pork chops
2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
Milk
3 cups instant rice ( make according to directions on the box)
Paprika
Butter or oil
Directions
- Sprinkle pork chops with paprika and brown in pan with oil or butter
- Once pork chops are browned, poor small amount of milk in pan to get browned bits off of bottom, add in cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 cup milk to make gravy
- Serve pork chops with gravy over them on top of the rice Enjoy with biscuits or alone.
