Country Style Ham & Escalloped Potatoes

Ingredients

10 potatoes - peeled/sliced
3 cups ham - cooked/cubed
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 C. butter
pepper
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cans milk

Directions

  1. Layer 1/2 of sliced potatoes and ham in greased baking dish.
  2. Sprinkle 1 T. flour, 4 T. butter (sliced/scattered on top) and pepper to taste. Repeat for second layer. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
  3. In sauce pan, heat soup and milk to a boil, whisking until smooth. Pour over potatoes and continue to bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Serves: 10-12 - excellent reheated.
