Honey Banana Muffins
Honey adds a great taste to banana muffins.
Ingredients
1/3 cup butter, softened
1 egg
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1 cup liquid honey
2 cups flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Directions
- In mixer bowl, combine butter, egg, banana and honey. Beat until light.
- In a small bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add to the butter mixture and stir until moistened. Stir in pecans.
- Pour batter into greased or paper lined muffin cups. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 25 minutes.
