Country Potatoes

Ingredients 

3 lbs. Russet potatoes, washed
16 oz. sour cream
2 pkgs. dry Italian dressing
1/2 lb. cooked bacon, crumbled
1 pkg shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Dice potatoes (skin included) and cook in boiling water until tender.
  2. Mash potatoes with sour cream until desired consistency. Add in dry Italian dressing mix well. Place in a baking dish and put into 325 degree oven for 45 minutes.
  3. Then place the bacon and cheese on top and return to oven until cheese is melted, approx. 10 minutes. Enjoy
