Waffles

Ingredients

Waffles2 eggs
1 3/4 cups milk
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 cups flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk eggs until foamy. Add remaining ingredients and beat until just smooth.
  2. Preheat your waffle maker and spray with non-stick spray. Pour batter onto preheated pan, close and cook until browned.
  3. Serve with syrup and fresh fruit if desired. Leftovers can be frozen and reheated in the toaster.
