Swedish Meatballs

Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1/4 cup cornmeal
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons prepared mustard
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 cup milk
Flour
1 can condensed mushroom soup

Directions

  1. Mix together all ingredients except flour and mushroom soup.
  2. Form into balls and roll in flour. Brown in frying pan.
  3. Drain fat and place meatballs in a baking dish. Spoon mushroom soup over top and bake at 325 degrees F for 1 hour.
