Swedish Meatballs
Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1/4 cup cornmeal
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons prepared mustard
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 cup milk
Flour
1 can condensed mushroom soup
Directions
- Mix together all ingredients except flour and mushroom soup.
- Form into balls and roll in flour. Brown in frying pan.
- Drain fat and place meatballs in a baking dish. Spoon mushroom soup over top and bake at 325 degrees F for 1 hour.
