Tuna Casserole

Ingredients 

1 regular package large egg noodles
1 small can tuna in water (drain)
1 8oz can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 small package plain potato chips crushed into crumbs

Directions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a large baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Boil egg noodles in salt water until almost done. Don’t over cook since you’ll be cooking them some more. Remove from heat and drain.
  3.  In the same pot, combine tuna, cream of mushroom soup and noodles. Mix well (you can add a little milk if you think it looks a little dry) and put into a large baking dish.
  4. Spread top with chips and cook 30-45 min, until chips are golden brown.

Notes

My family isn’t big on veggies so I omit them, but adding a half a bag of frozen green beans or peas when you mix all the ingredients together is good too.
