Tuna Casserole
Ingredients
1 regular package large egg noodles
1 small can tuna in water (drain)
1 8oz can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 small package plain potato chips crushed into crumbs
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a large baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Boil egg noodles in salt water until almost done. Don’t over cook since you’ll be cooking them some more. Remove from heat and drain.
- In the same pot, combine tuna, cream of mushroom soup and noodles. Mix well (you can add a little milk if you think it looks a little dry) and put into a large baking dish.
- Spread top with chips and cook 30-45 min, until chips are golden brown.
Notes
My family isn’t big on veggies so I omit them, but adding a half a bag of frozen green beans or peas when you mix all the ingredients together is good too.
