Breakfast Smoothie
We like fresh fruit and yogurt in the morning, but in the winter there is not much fresh fruit available here in Canada, so one day I decided to blend up some frozen fruit. You can vary this as desired with different types of fruit and juice.
Ingredients
1/3 cup frozen blueberries
6 frozen strawberries
1 banana
2 (100ml) containers yogurt, any flavor
2/3 cup apple juice
Directions
- Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy. Makes 2 large servings.
