White & Red Radish Salad
Ingredients
185g (6 oz) white radish (mooli)
10 red radishes
1 small green pepper (capsicum)
1 fresh green chilli, seeded and finely chopped
6 teaspoons lime juice
salt
6 black peppercorns, coarsely ground
1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
Directions
- Peel and thinly slice white radish and slice red radishes. Arrange on a serving plate.
- Cut pepper (capsicum) into 6 lengthwise, remove seeds and stalk and slice finely.
- Scatter pepper (capsicum) and chilli over radishes.
- Sprinkle salad with lime juice, salt, pepper-corns and mint. Cover and chill for 30 minutes. serve chilled.
