Becoming a Registered User
There is no cost to become a registered user of the Recipes Old and New website, and there is no requirement to become a registered user in order to view the content of the Recipes Old and New website. In order to access member services, including rating of recipes, review of recipes, or to submit recipes or other content, you are required to register. Information required is a username and valid email address. Your password and other website communications will be sent to the email address, so if an invalid email address is given you will not be able to access the member services of the website.  You agree not to assign, transfer or sublicense your rights as a registered user of this website.   

Submissions
By submitting a recipe, photo, review or any other content or material to Recipes Old and New you agree to the following:

• You agree that publication of the submitted item is subject to acceptance at at the sole discretion of the publisher.
• You agree that Recipes Old and New may make editorial revisions or otherwise modify the content you are submitting.
• You hereby grant Recipes Old and New an irrevocablem nonexclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, display and distribute the content you are submitting, for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, in any medium (including but not limited to print, film, or electronic storage devices).
• In the event that your content is accepted for publication, your Username, which you selected upon registration, will be published along with your content. If you have provided a website address, your website address will be published along with your content.  Your e-mail address is required in the event that we have any questions about your submission. Your e-mail address will not be posted, or released to any third party.
• You warrant that you have all necessary rights and authority rights to the material submitted, in order to grant the rights stated above.

Governance
This agreement is governed by the laws of the province of Ontario and Canada. Customers agree that all services provided by In Formation Design are deemed to have been requested in and provided in Ontario, and that jurisdiction for any and all claims or disputes shall reside there.

You acknowledge that Now….you’re cooking! is not responsible for the availability of, or the content located on or through, any External Site.
